Responsibilities:
Position Summary:


As a Speech Language Pathologist, you will be responsible for delivering and overseeing Speech-Language Pathology services to patients. This includes conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, implementing programs, maintaining documentation, and ensuring effective communication. You will operate under the directives of a physician.

The compensation for this role considers various factors, including skill sets, experience, education, licensure, and organizational needs. The estimated hourly wage ranges from $41 to $73, excluding any applicable stipends.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
None

Qualifications:
To qualify for this position, you must possess a current, valid, and active license to practice as a Speech Therapist in your state of employment. A Certificate of Clinical Competence in SLP or progress towards completing your Clinical Fellowship Year is required. Membership in the American Speech-Language and Hearing Association is also necessary, along with current BLS certification from an approved vendor.

Additional Qualifications/Skills:
Preferred candidates will have at least one year of experience. You should demonstrate a professional demeanor, possess knowledge of regulatory standards, and exhibit strong organizational and analytical skills. The ability to make independent decisions when necessary is essential, as is familiarity with relevant computer applications. You must also be free from illegal drug use and its effects in the workplace.

Certificates, Licensures, Registrations:
Current, valid, and active license to practice as a Speech Therapist in your state of employment is required. A Certificate of Clinical Competence in SLP or progress towards completing your Clinical Fellowship Year is necessary. Membership in the American Speech-Language and Hearing Association is required, along with current BLS certification from an approved vendor.
