Fort Ambassador - Server

  • Spacious outdoor patio featuring a cutting-edge sound system and a retractable roof
  • State-of-the-art brewing system and canning line
  • Wine Room with a comprehensive selection of wines
  • Barrel Room dedicated to the careful conditioning of our beers
  • Training programs for beer and wine knowledge, along with reimbursable certification for our staff

Job Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage in a collaborative, high-energy, fast-paced, and guest-focused environment.
  • Deliver an outstanding guest experience with a warm and welcoming demeanor.
  • Exhibit exceptional hospitality by greeting guests and building rapport.
  • Guide guests through our food and beverage menus, showcasing in-depth knowledge of our offerings.
  • Accurately take orders and collaborate with team members to serve food and drinks that surpass guest expectations.
  • Provide attentive and friendly service that ensures guests feel valued and encourages their return.

Qualifications:

  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Current food handlers certification is required.
  • Current TABC certification is necessary.
  • Ability to remain on your feet for the majority of your shift.
  • Familiarity with safe food handling practices and sanitation standards.
  • Strong teamwork and professionalism are essential.
  • Attention to detail is crucial.
  • Willingness to learn and understand the menu offerings.
  • Knowledge of equipment safety protocols.
  • Reliable transportation is necessary.
  • Flexible availability is advantageous, though not mandatory.
