Overview
The Regional Operations Manager role is responsible for overseeing a designated area of retail service representatives to ensure that all projects are executed as planned.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for retail service representatives, providing essential guidance and support.
- Monitor project completions within the assigned territory, ensuring that all account interactions meet the company's established completion targets on a monthly basis.
- Clearly communicate work assignments and project objectives to retail service representatives.
- Address inquiries from the Account Management team promptly and effectively.
- Collaborate with the Operations Director to resolve any issues related to Service Representatives, including performance and adherence to company policies.
- Uphold and enforce established policies and procedures throughout the team.
- Maintain thorough documentation of all communications with retail service representatives.
Qualifications
- A Bachelor's degree along with 1-2 years of relevant experience or training; or a suitable combination of education and experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word and Excel, as well as internet-related tools.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects effectively to ensure timely completion.
- Capable of resolving conflicts, addressing problems, and making sound decisions under pressure.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team setting.
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to schedule tasks and follow instructions accurately.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing schedules and deadlines.
- Resourceful, assertive, detail-oriented, energetic, and highly self-motivated.
- Demonstrated initiative and creativity in problem-solving.
