Position OverviewWe are seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as an Insurance Account Specialist. As a State Farm Agent Team Member, you will have the opportunity to work with a dedicated team boasting nearly 500 years of collective experience, prioritizing customer relationships and community engagement in our mission to protect our clients and their futures.
Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain customer relationships, following up as needed to ensure satisfaction.
- Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options and develop leads.
- Market appropriate products and services, identifying customer needs and scheduling appointments.

Requirements
