Role Summary
The Care Coordinator plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our medical clinic and procedure suite. This position involves engaging with patients, assisting with their needs, and maintaining a welcoming and efficient environment. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional interpersonal skills and a commitment to patient satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare all necessary documentation and reports for physicians prior to patient appointments.
- Set up and maintain the procedure and dressing rooms, ensuring all equipment is ready for use.
- Welcome patients and guide them through the clinic process.
- Update patient histories and record vital signs accurately in our system.
- Conduct necessary screenings and retrieve lab results as required.
- Manage incoming calls and direct inquiries to the appropriate staff members.
- Assist physicians during procedures and monitor patients in recovery.
- Conduct follow-up calls to remind patients of upcoming appointments.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies and maintain a safe environment for patients.
- Oversee inventory management and supply ordering.
- Safeguard patient confidentiality in accordance with privacy regulations.
- Perform additional duties as assigned to support the team.
Qualifications

Education & Experience
- Completion of an accredited Medical Assisting program or certification as a Nursing Assistant.
- A minimum of two years of experience in a pain management or healthcare setting is preferred.
