Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Mixologist and Cashier to join our team at One World Ventures, LLC. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing the bar and cash handling, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service
    • Communicate effectively with guests to ensure their needs are met and exceeded.
    • Provide prompt and courteous service to all customers.
  • Bar Management
    • Manage the bar area, including cleaning and maintaining equipment and supplies.
    • Prepare and serve beverages, including cocktails, beer, and wine.
  • Cash Handling
    • Manage cash transactions, including handling cash, credit card transactions, and operating a point-of-sale system.
    • Count and balance cash drawers at the end of each shift.
  • Housekeeping
    • Maintain a clean and safe work environment, including sweeping, mopping, and cleaning tables and equipment.
    • Restock supplies and maintain inventory levels.
  • Teamwork
    • Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure seamless service and efficient operations.
    • Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and management to ensure timely and accurate service.
Requirements
  • Experience
    • A minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
  • Education
    • High School degree or equivalent qualification is preferred.
  • Skills
    • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
    • Basic math skills and accuracy with cash handling.
  • Availability
    • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays.
