Role Overview

We are seeking a passionate and skilled Sous Chef to join our dynamic kitchen team. As Sous Chef, you will play a crucial role in delivering outstanding culinary experiences while supporting our Executive Chef in managing all aspects of food production and kitchen operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily food production and kitchen operations, ensuring quality and consistency in every dish.
  • Assist with ordering, preparation, and presentation of food to meet our high standards.
  • Manage and train kitchen staff, set schedules, and foster a collaborative and productive environment.
  • Monitor food quality, freshness, and presentation, while maintaining cost-effective practices.
  • Lead by example, mentor team members, and contribute to their professional growth.
  • Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized kitchen.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience as a Sous Chef or in a similar role within a high-volume kitchen.
  • Strong understanding of food production techniques, culinary operations, and staff management.
  • Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop team members.
  • Creative approach to food presentation and a commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences.
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure and maintain high standards of food quality.
