Your Role:

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our clients. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Handling incoming calls to identify and resolve customer issues
  • Assisting with service scheduling, payment processing, and customer file updates
  • Conducting outbound calls to ensure technician schedules are filled and accounts are current

We emphasize teamwork and strive to meet the service center's objectives monthly. Your computer proficiency, problem-solving skills, and dedication to providing an outstanding customer experience will be key to your success in this role.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Compliance with a Drug-free Workplace Policy
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment background check
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Professional appearance and demeanor
  • Availability for a minimum 40-hour work week
  • Willingness to work occasional overtime as required
