**Required Qualifications:**

  • A master's degree in a discipline appropriate to the position, such as cultural studies, ethics, fine arts, literature, natural sciences, philosophy, psychology, or sociology
  • Preference may be given to applicants who hold a doctorate degree in a discipline appropriate to the position and/or applicants with interdisciplinary teaching experience
  • All degrees must have been completed at a regionally accredited institution

**Preferred Qualifications:**

Experience in teaching and mentoring students in a higher education settingStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work effectively in a team environment
