Charge Nurse

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Charge Nurse to join our team at Virginia Mason Franciscan Health Rehabilitation Hospital. As a Charge Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and leading our interdisciplinary team.
About the Role- Provide direct patient care and supervise nursing staff to ensure excellent patient outcomes.
- Develop and implement nursing protocols and procedures to improve patient care.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to provide comprehensive care and support to patients and their families.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and supply inventory.
- Participate in ongoing education and professional development to stay current with best practices and industry developments.
- A competitive salary range of $37-$60 per hour, plus a Charge Nurse supplement.

- Graduation from an accredited Bachelor of Science in Nursing, Associate Degree in Nursing, or Nursing Diploma program.
- Two years of nursing experience in a hospital setting, with 1-2 years of supervisory or leadership experience.
- Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse and CPR/BCLS certification, with ACLS preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
