Key Responsibilities- Provide nursing care to patients in the Emergency Department, utilizing the nursing process to plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
- Maintain regulatory compliance in individual practice and assume responsibility, accountability, and authority for outcomes of nursing care.
- Guide and direct assigned unlicensed nursing personnel in delivering patient care and positively contribute to safety outcomes and promote high-quality patient experience.
- Current professional Nursing Licensure in the State of IL required.
- BSN degree preferred.
- BLS/CPR certification for the Healthcare Provider required.
- Minimum 1-year current hospital nursing experience preferred.
