Your expertise in estimating and cost control will drive the success of our projects.

### Key Responsibilities

* Manage project documentation to ensure compliance, schedule, and budget
* Obtain, assemble, and distribute as-built drawings, warranties, certificates of occupancy, and lien releases
* Schedule projects in logical steps and budget time required to meet deadlines
* Build and maintain relationships critical to project success
* Track and analyze data to reduce gaps between estimates and actual costs
* Obtain and track subcontract bids and negotiate budgets
* Prepare and present estimate documentation, including gaps in available data
* Assist with post-bid buyouts and initiate meet and greet presentations with subcontractors and suppliers

### Requirements

* BS degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or Project Management preferred
* Commercial construction estimating experience required
* 5+ years of experience in construction
* Ground up project knowledge and experience
* Experience with hard and conceptual bids
* Experience with quantity takeoffs and cost estimating
* Bluebeam and OnScreen Takeoff experience required
