Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, design, and manage civil engineering projects from inception to completion
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, clients, and consultants to ensure project success
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Prepare and present project proposals, reports, and other technical documents
  • Assist with business development efforts and identify new opportunities for growth
Requirements
  • BS in Civil Engineering or related field
  • 8-15 years of civil engineering experience, with a focus on project management
  • Professional Engineer (PE) License
  • Experience working with private owner and public sector projects and clients
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and Civil 3D
