Position Overview
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all aspects of the casino's cash management operations and participate in the cash drop process as necessary.
- Implement procedures and train team members, ensuring adherence to all relevant regulations, internal policies, and control protocols.
- Monitor inventory levels of supplies and ensure that all equipment is maintained in optimal condition.
- Enforce security measures during the opening and closing of gaming machines.
- Provide guidance, feedback, and recognition to promote outstanding performance, addressing team member concerns and reporting findings to management.
- Be available to work flexible hours, including weekdays, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Deliver clear written and verbal instructions for task assignments, reviewing work for accuracy and compliance with policies.
- Maintain appropriate staffing levels by recruiting, interviewing, and training new team members.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
