Job Overview

The Global Land Expert will provide strategic direction for addressing land and agriculture related challenges for corporate clients. This involves refining existing and developing new service offerings grounded in the latest science and business strategy.

The successful candidate will oversee a global team of subject matter experts and consultants who measure land-related environmental outcomes and develop holistic solutions considering all impacts on nature. This includes ensuring highest quality and alignment with client needs.

Using strong organizational and leadership skills, the Global Land Expert will guarantee seamless alignment and coordination across global and regional priorities. They will also work across all Quantis branches and animate the community of Land and Agriculture experts.

The Global Land Expert is expected to contribute as a senior Land and Agriculture expert in client-related projects, business development efforts, and as a thought leader through internal and external engagements.

The main mission of the Global Land Expert is to maintain Quantis at the cutting edge of expertise in Land and Agriculture to maximize the quality and impact of our advice to transform our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, communicate, and execute on a clear vision and strategic direction for the Land and Agriculture Community in alignment with Quantis' overarching mission, long-term goals, and objectives.
  • Provide strong peer leadership, using an empowering approach that can animate a community of experts across different geographies.
  • Continuously engage with a diversity of stakeholders across Quantis to execute the strategy and design innovative solutions.
  • Be a subject matter expert in Land and Agriculture related topics, recognized internally and externally to provide strategic and expert inputs into projects.
  • Deliver high-quality enterprise-level transformational initiatives and projects.

  • Creatively integrate and apply own Land and Agriculture expertise to meet unique, dynamic client needs in the context of key clients and transformative initiatives across branches and sectors.
  • Represent Quantis in external initiatives and conferences, being a thought leader.
  • Efficiently create and apply innovative approaches to client sustainability problems and inspire client understanding in the rationale and direction needed to make transformative change.
  • Be eager to collaborate with a diversity of internal stakeholders to ensure your strategic vision for Land and Agriculture community is well-aligned and synergistic.
  • Inspire and motivate team to achieve excellence through effective communication, mentorship, and fostering a collaborative and inclusive work environment.
  • Act as a representative and advocate for the community, demonstrating integrity, diplomacy, and professionalism in all interactions.
