Position Overview

This role is situated within a manufacturing facility that plays a crucial part in our operations.

The highlight of this position is the opportunity to contribute significantly to a large-scale migration of a control system.

This migration project is anticipated to span several years and will encompass the transition of all process control systems throughout the plant.

The magnitude of this undertaking is exceptional, providing a unique chance to enhance your professional skill set.

The hiring manager, overseeing controls, is in the process of building a dedicated team focused on process control, serving as the forefront of this migration initiative.

Minimum Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering is essential.
- A minimum of 5-10 years of relevant experience, with at least 3-5 years specifically in process control, utilizing DCS systems, preferably TDC3000 or Experion systems (other systems like DeltaV or Siemens PCS7 may also be considered).
- An ideal candidate would possess both chemical process knowledge and process control expertise, as this team will closely collaborate with operational processes, making optimization and improvement insights highly valuable.
- Experience with Advanced Process Control (APC) is advantageous, though not mandatory; this facility currently does not employ APC but may in the future.
