- Identify and pursue sales opportunities to meet or exceed sales goals.
- Process financial service transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Manage cash drawers and maintain proper balancing and cash handling procedures.
- Comply with security and audit procedures to protect customers and the bank.
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers and internal business partners.

- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Banking, cash handling, sales, and customer service experience preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Outlook 365 and banking software programs.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds.
