Sales Director

Enlivant is seeking a highly skilled Sales Manager to join our team at Carlisle Place in Bucyrus, OH.

The Sales Manager will be responsible for building meaningful relationships with potential residents and their families, identifying their needs, and providing excellent customer service to drive occupancy and revenue growth.

• Evaluate and develop sales plans in collaboration with the Executive Director and Regional Director of Sales and Marketing.
• Manage the sales and marketing process, including lead tracking and database management.
• Lead and coordinate community outreach and events to engage with seniors, their families, and professionals in the community.
• Build and maintain relationships with potential residents and their families, providing personalized service and follow-up to assist with the move-in process.

• Minimum of three years of experience in an assisted living, long-term care, hospice, home care, or customer service field as a sales manager.
• Experience with MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Exceptional problem-solving and time management skills.
• Ability to work a full shift, come to work on time, and work overtime as needed.

• Previous experience in sales and marketing, event planning, or community outreach in a senior living or healthcare environment.

• Engage personal style with strong interpersonal insight.
