Job Summary:

The Certified Nurse Aide Supervisor will be responsible for assisting the LTCNA Instructor and Program Coordinator in delivering high-quality instruction and support to students. This includes developing course content, managing classroom activities, and coordinating clinical rotations.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist in developing course content and support materials
  • Complete and return paperwork in a timely manner
  • Provide immediate notification of accidents or incidents
  • Dress professionally and behave in a responsible manner
  • Assist with curriculum revision and design
  • Complete student evaluations and reports
  • Use Microsoft Office software as needed
Requirements:
  • Licensed LPN or RN in the State of Oklahoma
  • LTC Certification to teach CNA
  • At least 2 years of Long Term Care experience
  • Ability to read and comprehend instructions
  • Ability to solve practical problems and interpret instructions
Work Environment:

The work environment will vary, with frequent exposure to fumes or airborne particles and occasional work in high, precarious places. The noise level will be somewhat loud to extremely loud.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

The Certified Nurse Aide Supervisor may be required to supervise a varying number of employees in the overall direction, coordination, and completion of tasks.
