At Home Care Powered by AUAF, we're seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Care Coordinator. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will play a vital role in identifying staffing needs and collaborating with department managers to anticipate future growth.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and update job descriptions for internal and external use, in consultation with Human Resources.
  • Collect resumes, review applications, and conduct initial screening of job candidates.
  • Attend regional job fairs and recruitment events to promote our organization and attract top talent.
  • Schedule applicants for application appointments with Enrollment/Client Relations and conduct interviews to assess their qualifications.
  • Notify applicants of their interview status and provide feedback to those who are not selected.
  • Assist other departments in recruiting and maintaining recruiting spreadsheets to track progress.
  • Adhere to all AUAF policies and procedures, ensuring a positive and inclusive work environment.

Qualifications

Required:

· High School Diploma or GED and 2 years relevant experience

· Demonstrated knowledge of social media/online recruiting

· Authorized to work in the United States

· Pass state required background checks

· Maintain an impeccable driving record and operate a reliable vehicle

Preferred:

· College degree or equivalent experience

· Proficient in a second language, with a preference for Spanish

· Able to travel outside of the Peoria office & Mesa office
