Job Title: HCBS Coordinator

Redwood Family Care Network is a leading provider of person-centered home and community-based services to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate HCBS Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for managing and supervising in-home services to ensure adherence to local and state regulations, policies, and laws.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and supervise direct support professionals to ensure high-quality services are provided to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
  • Assist in employee coaching and development by providing guidance and leadership to direct support staff.
  • Collaborate with management, agencies, and staff to ensure effective service delivery.
  • Manage staffing needs and requirements to ensure adequate support for individuals.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • 1-3 years of increasing management experience in a similar role.
  • Experience working with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
  • Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
