Key Responsibilities:
- Manage incoming calls and assist callers, including directing them to voicemail, processing messages, and welcoming visitors.
- Oversee employee personnel file management, credentialing, and coordination.
- Support initial and annual compliance processes for both new and existing staff.
- Conduct reference checks and background verifications for new employees.
- Facilitate the orientation process for all new team members.
- Assist the Director and other office personnel with administrative duties, including scheduling and organizing meetings.
- Help prepare for office events, projects, and programs.

Qualifications:
