Responsibilities- Provide exceptional administrative support to our healthcare teams, including receiving and routing visitors and inquiries, transmitting correspondence and medical records, and performing various clerical and administrative functions.
- Utilize Microsoft Office to manage and maintain accurate records, reports, and databases.
- Assist with recruitment efforts, credentialing, scheduling interviews, and processing new hire documentation.
- Support utilization management, including processing offsite referrals, appointments, patient registrations, and transport requests.
- High school diploma or GED certificate.
- One year of clerical experience in a healthcare setting, with a minimum of two years of college preferred.
