We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Operations Coordinator to provide part-time administrative support to our team at Crosson and Co - eXp Realty LLC.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Procurement: Purchase office supplies and materials as needed to maintain a well-stocked and efficient workspace.
  • Data Entry and Management: Develop and implement data entry protocols to streamline processes, increase productivity, and ensure accurate record-keeping.
  • Reporting and Communication: Prepare and present regular progress reports to the team, highlighting key achievements and areas for improvement.
  • Event Planning and Travel Arrangements: Coordinate office events and schedule travel arrangements as necessary to support team members.
  • Customer Service: Respond to phone calls and emails, serving as a liaison between clients and staff members to enhance customer retention and referral rates.
Requirements:
  • Communication and Problem-Solving: Demonstrate excellent written, verbal, and problem-solving skills to effectively communicate with team members and clients.
  • Office Management Experience: Prior experience in office management or a related field is highly desirable.
  • Organization and Time Management: Show a history of being deadline-driven and extremely organized, with a high school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in basic computer software and the ability to quickly learn new programs.
Compensation:

$21,000 per year
