Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Administrative Specialist-Registry to join our team at Pinal County, AZ. As a key member of our administrative staff, you will provide technical support and administrative services to our directors and elected officials.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform a wide range of administrative and technical support functions, including special projects, data management, and record keeping.
  • Provide informed and confidential technical assistance to customers and staff, explaining policies and procedures as needed.
  • Manage calendars, coordinate activities, and make travel arrangements for managers and directors.
  • Assist with recruitment processes and maintain absolute confidentiality of work-related issues and customer records.
  • Perform other related duties as required.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent.
  • Four (4) years of progressive administrative, computer, and accounting experience.
  • Ability to work independently, maintain composure, and confidentiality.
  • Excellent customer service skills and ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing.
  • Ability to work effectively in a high-pressure, multi-tasking environment with changing priorities.
