Senior Administrative Coordinator for Church Operations

This is a highly sought-after position within the World Changers Church Ministries organization. The Senior Administrative Coordinator for Church Operations will provide top-tier administrative support to the Executive Administrator, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
About the RoleThe ideal candidate will have at least two years of experience in senior-level administrative roles, with a strong background in general office practice and business knowledge. This individual will be responsible for scheduling appointments, maintaining calendars, preparing correspondence, and performing various administrative tasks as needed.
Main Responsibilities- Schedule appointments and maintain executive calendars, ensuring timely meetings and events.
- Maintain accurate records of meeting minutes, corporate files, and other important documents.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports for departments, submitting them to executive leadership for review.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, and car rentals, optimizing costs when possible.
- Manage frequent flyer programs and benefits, ensuring maximum utilization.
- Administer project timelines, accounting records, and ministry legal files, maintaining accuracy and confidentiality.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent; college degree preferred.
- A minimum of two years of experience in senior-level administrative roles.
- Excellent typing skills (minimum 50 wpm), effective communication, and strong oral and written skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Canva.
This role is based in a normal office environment, requiring the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced setting.
Compensation and BenefitsThe estimated salary for this position is $55,000 - $65,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience. Additional benefits may include opportunities for professional growth and development, as well as a comprehensive benefits package.
