As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance and facilities operations of our plant, ensuring the safe and efficient delivery of our products to customers.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and lead a team of maintenance personnel in all aspects of plant maintenance and facilities operations.
- Develop and implement predictive and preventative maintenance strategies to minimize equipment downtime and maximize availability.
- Collaborate with engineering, safety, and environmental teams to implement new projects and initiatives.
- Oversee the maintenance of facilities, including tools, materials, and spare parts inventory.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance safety, quality, and efficiency.
- 5+ years of experience in a manufacturing maintenance role.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Demonstrated experience in creating and implementing predictive and preventative maintenance models.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Knowledge of operations and maintenance in a manufacturing setting.
- Competitive base pay range: $110,000 - $140,000.
- Total compensation includes a commission/incentive plan.
- Comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, 401K match, and paid time off.
