Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Support Technician to join our team at Dave & Buster's. As a Support Technician, you will be responsible for the repair and maintenance of our building's games, simulators, and technical equipment. You will also assist our Guests and maintain ideal player conditions in the midway at all times.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional Guest service by providing timely and accurate assistance with game repairs and maintenance.
  • Assist Guests with all requests and answer questions as needed, making recommendations to enhance their experience.
  • Load and refill tickets in redemption games, ensuring all ticket storage areas are secure.
  • Conduct merchandise inventory and restock necessary supplies, maintaining a clean and organized environment.
  • Review and maintain the cleanliness and organization of the Midway games, ensuring all games are clean and unobstructed.
  • Assist with general store maintenance and daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly game maintenance as directed by management.
Requirements
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Technical and/or electrical skills preferred, but not required.
  • Ability to clearly communicate with Guests and other Team Members.
  • Must be friendly and able to smile a lot while working days, nights, and/or weekends as required.
