Support Technician

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Support Technician to join our team at Dave & Buster's. As a Support Technician, you will be responsible for the repair and maintenance of our building's technical equipment, including games, simulators, and other amusement devices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver exceptional guest experiences through timely and accurate service.
• Manage wait times and communicate information as needed to guests, team members, and managers.
• Perform multiple job functions, including repairing and maintaining amusement equipment, loading and refilling tickets, and assisting guests with requests.
• Conduct merchandise inventory and restock necessary supplies.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including the tech room and storage areas.
• Assist with general store maintenance and daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly game maintenance.
• Collaborate with team members to foster a positive and productive work environment.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Technical and/or electrical skills preferred.
• Ability to clearly communicate with guests and team members.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Ability to work days, nights, and/or weekends as required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with distracting conditions.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 30 pounds.
