We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Civil/Structural Engineer to join our Facilities Consulting Division. As a key member of our Structural Engineering team, you will be responsible for providing engineering and consulting services for a broad array of projects and clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead Safety Efforts: Ensure the team follows safety rules and guidelines, create and model a safe work environment, and demonstrate safety practices.
  • Manage Structural Engineering Projects: Consult on structural engineering and material diagnostics projects, including remedial designs, new designs, litigation support, and condition assessments.
  • Perform Structural Analysis and Design: Develop construction documents and specifications for new and remedial design projects, and peer review construction documents and protocols.
  • Prepare Reports and Presentations: Write reports that are professional in language with a logical presentation of technical ideas and recommendations.
  • Drive Business Growth: Work with new and existing clients to obtain additional work and develop new clients, and actively participate in the implementation of marketing strategies.
  • Supervise and Mentor: Supervise and mentor younger, junior, and less experienced facilities division professionals to cross-train on structural services.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil/Structural Engineering and 10+ years of industry experience.
  • PE License in the state of Florida.
  • Valid driver's license with acceptable violation history.
Preferred Qualifications
  • SE License Highly Preferred.
  • Master or Ph.D. in Civil/Structural Engineering Preferred.
