Adjunct Professor of Geographic Information Science

We are seeking a highly qualified Adjunct Professor of Geographic Information Science to join our faculty team. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and delivering coursework in engaging, innovative, and discipline-appropriate ways that reflect a commitment to the college's core values, an understanding of culturally responsive teaching, and knowledge of the teaching field.
Key Responsibilities- Teach courses in accordance with the schedule of classes and follow the approved course descriptions and syllabi established by the Division faculty and administered by the associate dean/director.
- Teaching assignments may be on one or more of the college's campuses or off-site locations and may include evening and weekend programs.
- May include Dual Credit courses.
- Associates degree in discipline/qualifying field or closely related discipline such as Geospatial Science; Cartography; or CADD.
- Teaching experience is desired.
