Healthcare Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a skilled Healthcare Customer Service Representative to join our team at TEKsystems. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients and their patients.
Key Responsibilities- Manage Inbound Calls: Respond to and resolve customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Verify Eligibility: Confirm patient eligibility for services and coordinate non-emergent transportation as needed.
- Acquire and Maintain Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on company protocols and procedures to ensure accurate and efficient service delivery.
- Assume Responsibility: Take ownership of your work and contribute to the success of our team.
- Maintain Confidentiality: Handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality in a fast-paced environment.
- Relate to Diverse Requests: Respond to a wide range of customer inquiries and requests in a professional and courteous manner.
- Identify Customer Needs: Recognize and address customer needs and circumstances in a timely and effective manner.
- Healthcare Customer Service Experience: Previous experience in a healthcare customer service role is highly preferred.
- Communication and Phone Skills: Excellent communication and phone skills are essential for success in this role.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Word: Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Word is required.
- Regular Attendance: Regular attendance is required for this role.
