Key Responsibilities
  • Engage with colleges and universities to foster relationships.
  • Provide expert guidance in the administration, coordination, and execution of policies, procedures, and practices related to the management of the IC CAE program.
  • Prepare documentation for Congressionally Directed Actions.
  • Develop comprehensive issue papers and talking points.
  • Monitor university grants to promote the IC as a potential employer for students.
  • Conduct summer seminars in collaboration with universities.
  • Organize outreach meetings to enhance engagement.
  • Coordinate outreach efforts with various IC agencies.
  • Interface with customers, other IC agencies, internal teams, and DEIA leads.
  • Manage processes and activities such as setting up seminars, conducting outreach (both in-person and virtual), and monitoring federal grants.
  • Utilize tools such as MS Office, WebEx, and MS Teams for effective communication and coordination.
Qualifications
  • Requires a Bachelor’s degree and 18 years of relevant experience, or a Master’s degree with 10+ years of experience.
  • Must possess an active TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph.
  • In-depth knowledge of recruiting, academic outreach, and the IC community is essential.
  • Proven experience in engaging with and coordinating efforts with academic institutions.
  • Demonstrated capability in assisting with the administration, coordination, and implementation of policies and procedures related to HC leadership and management.
  • Experience with Congressionally Directed Actions, grants, and the development of issue papers and talking points is highly desirable.

Salary Range

$135,000 - $216,000. This range reflects the typical salary for this position based on experience and other relevant factors.
