- Monitor university grants to promote the IC as a potential employer for students.
- Conduct summer seminars in collaboration with universities.
- Organize outreach meetings to enhance engagement.
- Coordinate outreach efforts with various IC agencies.
- Interface with customers, other IC agencies, internal teams, and DEIA leads.
- Manage processes and activities such as setting up seminars, conducting outreach (both in-person and virtual), and monitoring federal grants.
- Utilize tools such as MS Office, WebEx, and MS Teams for effective communication and coordination.
- Requires a Bachelor’s degree and 18 years of relevant experience, or a Master’s degree with 10+ years of experience.
- Must possess an active TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph.
- In-depth knowledge of recruiting, academic outreach, and the IC community is essential.
- Proven experience in engaging with and coordinating efforts with academic institutions.
- Demonstrated capability in assisting with the administration, coordination, and implementation of policies and procedures related to HC leadership and management.
- Experience with Congressionally Directed Actions, grants, and the development of issue papers and talking points is highly desirable.

Salary Range
$135,000 - $216,000. This range reflects the typical salary for this position based on experience and other relevant factors.
