**Job Summary**

Austin Regional Clinic is seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our patients and staff, ensuring a seamless experience throughout their interaction with our organization.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Retrieve and process internet appointment requests for all primary care and specialty doctors, including same-day, future, and cancellation requests.
  • Respond to patient communication via various customer service queues, including ARC-INFO, Travel Medicine, MyChart, Healthiness, and eMD Access.
  • Assist patients and staff by answering questions about MyChart, ARC's patient portal.
  • Carry out all duties while maintaining compliance and confidentiality and promoting the mission and philosophy of the organization.

**Requirements:**

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience working in customer service, where communicating clearly, concisely, effectively listening, and friendly voice tone were required.
  • Knowledge of or ability to learn all Business Office policies and procedures, and health plan benefits to answer member/patient or provider questions and/or handle complaints.
  • Excellent computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office programs.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a team environment.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities.

**Work Schedule:** Monday through Friday from 8am to 5pm.
