Aveanna Healthcare Private Duty Nurse RN

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Private Duty Nurse RN to join our team at Aveanna Healthcare. As a Private Duty Nurse, you will provide one-on-one care to our patients in the comfort of their own homes, helping them to recover from illness or injury and regain their independence.
Responsibilities:- Implement physicians' prescribed plans of care
- Conduct patient assessments and coordinate care
- Administer prescribed medication, treatments, and therapies
- Document care provided in our system of record
- Teach and train family members on health promotion and disease prevention
- Communicate with physicians, clients, family members, and staff on client problems, concerns, and changes in client condition
- Active, unencumbered RN license in the state of practice
- CPR certification from American Red Cross or American Heart Association
- TB skin test (current within last 12 months)
- Six months prior hands-on nursing experience preferred
- Reliable transportation
