Job Overview:


Position Overview: $70,000 - $125,000 annual salary plus signing bonus (based on experience). Collision Repair Specialists ensure safe and high-quality automotive repairs by executing a detailed repair plan for each vehicle, adhering to all OEM and industry standards.

Our structured process will enhance your productivity, minimize stress, and provide you with a reliable income.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive repair plan for each vehicle.
  • Thoroughly disassemble, repair, and reassemble vehicles as needed.
  • Perform repairs on collision-damaged vehicles in accordance with OEM specifications and company standards.
  • Participate in daily production meetings and collaborate with team members.
  • Maintain compliance with required safety training and certifications.
  • Complete additional tasks as assigned.
Position Requirements:
  • 2-5+ years of experience in collision repair.
  • Proven ability to execute both light and heavy repairs.
  • Commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship.
  • Ability to manage assigned vehicles effectively.
  • I-CAR or ASE Certifications are advantageous.
