Position Overview

Compensation: $70,000 - $125,000 annually plus signing bonus (based on experience)

If you are a skilled Auto Body Technician seeking your next career move, The Boyd Group provides a stable work environment, comprehensive training, and access to advanced equipment necessary for your success. Our technicians play a crucial role in ensuring safe and high-quality automotive repairs by following a detailed repair plan for each vehicle, adhering to all OEM and industry standards. Our operational process is designed to enhance productivity, minimize stress, and ensure consistent earnings.


Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in formulating an effective repair plan for each vehicle.
  • Carefully disassemble, repair, and reassemble vehicles.
  • Perform repairs on collision-damaged vehicles in accordance with OEM specifications and company standards.
  • Engage with the team during daily production meetings.
  • Stay current with mandatory safety training and certifications.
  • Complete other assigned tasks as necessary.

Position Qualifications
  • 2-5+ years of experience in collision repair.
  • Proven ability to execute light to heavy repairs effectively.
  • Deliver high-quality workmanship consistently.
  • Manage all assigned vehicles efficiently.
  • I-CAR or ASE Certifications are advantageous.
