Job Title: Clinical Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Clinical Support Specialist to join our team at ENT Medical Services P.C. in Iowa City, IA.

About the Role:

This is a full-time position that requires a strong commitment to providing exceptional patient care and support to our medical team. As a Clinical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for greeting and rooming patients, recording vital signs, reviewing and documenting medications and patient history, and assisting physicians with patient evaluations and treatments.

Responsibilities:
  • Greet and room patients in a timely and professional manner
  • Record vital signs, review and document medications and patient history
  • Assist physicians with patient evaluations and treatments
  • Prepare and administer allergy shots and allergy testing
  • Provide patient education and follow-up
  • Support clinical and administrative tasks as needed
Requirements:
  • Nursing license or MA Certification (CMA) or completed MA program and eligible to take certification exam
  • Computer skills and experience with electronic health records (EHRs)
  • Ability to multitask, highly organized, and detail-oriented
  • Experience with Greenway Intergy EHR is a plus
