Key Responsibilities:- Translate customer requirements into quantifiable engineering design targets.
- Collaborate with design teams to identify and mitigate risks associated with product designs.
- Provide design control recommendations based on industry best practices and design guidelines.
- Participate in the execution and reporting of project DVP&Rs.
- Demonstrate evidence of problem-solving techniques and analytical skills.
- Utilize Excel, Access, and data systems to analyze and present data.
- Apply DFMEA and DVP&R experience to drive design improvements.
- Contribute to the development of vehicle systems and sub-systems.
- Possess a Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
- 1-3 years of experience in a related field.
- Strong understanding of DFMEA and DVP&R processes.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with vehicle system/sub-system integration is a plus.
