Essential Skills:

Over 10 years of experience in managing and maintaining telecom infrastructure, with extensive hands-on expertise in VoIP systems, VOIP architecture, contact center technologies, and call routing. Demonstrated experience in systems and network configuration, development, and implementation. Familiarity with scripting languages and automation processes is also essential.
