Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized individual with 2-4 years of litigation experience to provide administrative support to our attorneys. The successful candidate will have strong technology skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and excellent communication and proofreading skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Download and save digital files in the document management system (NetDocs) and network drives
  • Coordinate e-filing in state and federal court, including gathering exhibits and preparing the Table of Contents and Table of Authorities
  • Update and maintain physical files
  • Prepare legal documents, including formatting, proofreading, and making revisions
  • Assist with preparing expense reports for attorneys
  • Maintain printers and copier, including filling with paper and basic troubleshooting
  • Order and maintain office and kitchen supplies
  • Collaborate with other legal assistants across the firm to provide support to attorneys
Requirements
  • 2-4 years of litigation legal assistant experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat Pro
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent proofreading skills
  • Ability to work well in a team environment and prioritize multiple assignments under time pressure
  • Ability to take initiative and follow through on projects
What We Offer

Nicolaides Fink Thorpe Michaelides Sullivan LLP offers a competitive salary range of $54,000-65,000 annually, based on a 37.5-hour per week schedule and experience. We also provide benefits plans, including medical, dental, vision, life, short-term and long-term disability, as well as a 401(K) Profit Sharing Plan with employer contributions.
