Key Responsibilities:
  • Performing the removal and replacement of BGA and bottom termination components with precision and accuracy.
  • Reworking and repairing pads, traces, and barrels, as well as SMT and through-hole components, to ensure optimal performance.
  • Collaborating with the manufacturing engineer to perform modifications and ensure seamless production.
  • Providing exceptional customer service to internal and external customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Maintaining a clean and organized workspace, as well as ensuring all equipment and tools are in good working condition.
