We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Service Representative/Inside Sales Representative to join our team at Daikin Comfort Technologies Distribution, Inc. in Naples, FL. As a key member of our branch operations group, you will be responsible for selling our products and services to prospective and established customers, providing exceptional customer service, and meeting established sales quotas.
Key Responsibilities- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through active communication, product knowledge, and excellent customer service skills.
- Meet or exceed sales targets by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, upselling, and cross-selling our products and services.
- Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding product availability, pricing, and delivery dates.
- Collaborate with the Branch Manager to resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner.
- Assist with inventory management, including cycle counts and replenishing showroom stock as needed.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Branch Manager.
- 6+ years of progressive sales and customer service experience, with a minimum of 5 years in the HVAC industry.
- High School diploma or GED equivalent, with some college preferred.
- HVAC certification preferred.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
- Physical ability to perform essential responsibilities, with or without reasonable accommodations.
