KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; Master's degree or MBA preferred.
  • 10+ years of marketing experience, particularly in multi-unit operations with a focus on digital and brand development.
  • Experience in senior living or hospitality sectors is advantageous.
  • Ability to design optimal digital customer journeys.
  • Strong leadership capabilities with experience in stakeholder engagement and brand management.
  • Proven success in managing distributed marketing channels in a multi-unit context.
  • Established relationships with executive leadership, including CEO, COO, and CFO.
  • Track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies.
  • Disciplined approach to performance measurement and ROI analysis.
  • Strategic and tactical thinking with strong business acumen.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and presentation skills.
  • Interest in understanding consumer preferences among older adults.
