Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled CNC Machinist to join our team at Scout Boats. As a CNC Machinist, you will be responsible for setting up, operating, and adjusting machine tools to produce high-quality products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Set up and operate CNC machines to perform complex assignments with high accuracy and precision.
  • Perform preventative maintenance and troubleshoot malfunctions according to manufacturer's instructions.
  • Monitor cutting operations, check tool condition, and maintain material flow.
  • Follow work instructions and lift/move heavy objects.

Requirements:

  • Strong work ethic, reliability, and accountability.
  • 1 year of Eastman or CNC machine experience preferred.

Note: This is an entry-level position, and we will provide training.
