Job Overview

Paul Davis Restoration of Southern New Hampshire & Maine is seeking a highly skilled Disaster Response Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our emergency services team, you will be responsible for responding to disaster situations, performing water extraction, structural drying, and demolition, while ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform disaster response and emergency mitigation services, adhering to IICRC standards.
  • Set up and operate equipment, including dehumidifiers, fans, and air purifiers, to ensure proper setup and removal.
  • Conduct moisture mapping and loss documentation using proprietary software.
  • Perform initial loss inspections and remove damaged materials, such as drywall and insulation.
  • Complete pack-out and pack-in of customer contents, ensuring proper documentation and transportation.
  • Act as the primary on-site contact for customers, addressing their needs and concerns.
  • Participate in our 24-hour call rotation, responding to emergency losses after hours and on weekends.
  • Operate company vehicles, including water trucks and trailers.
