About the Role
This Speech Language Pathology Specialist position at Children's Healthcare of Atlanta involves providing high-quality speech therapy services to children and adolescents. You will work closely with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans that meet each patient's unique needs.

The ideal candidate will have:
• 7+ years of experience in pediatrics or related fields, preferably with specialized training in speech-language pathology.
• Strong knowledge of pediatric theory and practice, including age-specific guidelines for assessing and treating patients from birth to 20 years old.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to educate families and colleagues effectively.
• Ability to travel to clinical locations as needed to provide patient care and support program development efforts.

Estimated Salary Range: $102,431 - $127,475/year
