Job Summary:

This role is responsible for providing administrative support to the operations team at FedEx. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks, including data entry, record-keeping, and customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to the operations team, including data entry, record-keeping, and customer service.
  • Assist with the maintenance of records and databases, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Provide support for the recruitment process, including scheduling interviews and sending correspondence to candidates.
  • Assist with the preparation of reports and presentations, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.

Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Two years of customer service or administrative experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office software, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
