Senior Manager, Packaging Procurement

  • Manage forward-looking cost models to provide timely and accurate forecasting for Cost of Goods items (COGS).
  • Lead innovation projects, building a Restaurant Margin Improvement (RMI/savings) project pipeline and commercializing new packaging.
  • Engage with the RSCS Commodity Risk Management Team to identify margin improvement opportunities and manage supply and cost risk.
  • Drive supplier relationship management to improve relationships and ensure strategic alignment.
Procurement Strategy and Tactics Execution
  • Implement procurement strategies, projects, and restaurant margin improvement initiatives.
  • Negotiate commercial terms and conditions on assigned categories.
  • Execute sourcing events to ensure best competitive value and supply assurance.
  • Prioritize and manage projects with varying levels of complexity.
Administration and Reporting
  • Manage administrative processes, including COGS planning, sourcing proposals, and contract administration.
  • Develop, negotiate, and execute contractual agreements with suppliers.
  • Maintain and verify accuracy of Global Pricing System (GPS) and other company software applications.
Requirements
