Work Arrangement: Hybrid
Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate collaboration among various departments, including Technology, Product Control, Business Management, Market Risk, and Settlements to execute process, system, and product modifications.
- Manage settlements across multiple jurisdictions, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards. Proficient in Swift messaging.
- Engage with traders and counterparties to guarantee precision in trade capture and settlements.
- Assist in addressing or resolving any spontaneous inquiries regarding trade bookings, profit/loss, or risk representation for traders.
- Collaborate with Traders, Finance, and other teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues impacting profit and loss.
- Ensure accurate trade capture.
- Investigate and rectify issues leading to discrepancies or failures within the supported operations.
- Oversee various controls established to mitigate business risks.
- Identify opportunities for enhancement and drive initiatives to improve controls and minimize manual processes.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in supporting International Equities.
- Familiarity with systems such as FIS, GLOSS, BPS, STM, CTM, ALERT, Citibank Velocity, or Citi Direct is advantageous.
- Experience with FIS Phase 3 is highly desirable.
- Detail-oriented with a strong focus on quality and productivity.
- A collaborative team player who contributes to a positive workplace atmosphere.
- Strong analytical and decision-making capabilities.
